For more than two decades, I’ve worked alongside CEOs, boards, commissioners and executive teams navigating major transformation, regulatory scrutiny, organisational crises and high-stakes decisions. I’ve also spent more than 12 years on the frontline with Queensland’s State Emergency Service and Rural Fire Service, leading teams through floods, cyclones, fires and major emergencies.
